Still N Motion Media Design is expanding. Our team is happy to announce our second location near Reno, Nevada. This expansion allows us to achieve our goal of producing strategic marketing videos and documentaries utilizing creative storytelling. From concept to final production, we utilize our 42 years of experience to engage audiences. Storytelling is our passion. Audience engagement is our motivation. In addition to our video production services, we offer web design, SEO services, and marketing strategy services. This enables us to help our clients target their ideal customers with video and website marketing. Due to this new direction, we are closing our green screen studio. We are not abandoning our extensive studio experience. We have formed alliances with local studios to expand our capabilities in our full production offering. We will continue to support our Corporate Customers with full Marketing, Training, and Corporate Story (documentaries) videos.

Welcome to Our Video Playground

Our photography and video production studio is the longest running studio in San José, California. We are less than 10 minutes from downtown and Norman Y. Mineta San José International Airport off the 87 freeway.

The studio was established in 1994 for our team to have more flexibility on productions. It was designed and built by the founder of Still N Motion, Pat Burns, and major feature film set designer Tom Richardson. Our studio offers a relaxed environment for all your production needs.

20 by 20 foot grid with the ability to extend longer.

Our photography and video production studio has a large clean hard white cyclorama. Other amenities included with your studio rental are a lounge area, Kitchenette, and free wifi. Lighting, backdrops, green screen and equipment are also available to rent.

Working Hours

Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5:30pm. The studio can be booked from 8 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. Weekends and Holiday rentals are available upon request for an additional rental fee. We are happy to accommodate any different times. You can rent our studio in the following time slots:

HOURLY

Hourly Video Studio Rental for a minimum booking of 2 hours. Regularly $175. This includes the 40x 40 studio space with power and free internet.

HALF DAY

$500.00

Half-Day Video Studio Rental for a total of 5 hours. Regularly $625. This includes the 40x 40 studio space with power and free internet.

FULL DAY

$800.00

Full-Day Video Studio Rental for a total of 10 hours. Regularly $1350. This includes the 40x 40 studio space with power and free internet.

For over 30 years, our studio has been used by major Silicon Valley Corporations to local artists. You can finally enjoy your video productions in our open studio with a friendly and creative environment.

Insurance Requirements

Renters using the studio are required to provide Still N Motion with proof of insurance. If renter does not have insurance, all staff, guests, contractors and talent on-site with renter MUST sign a liability release form.

Cancellations

Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice or no shows will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations more than 72 hours in advance will receive a deposit credit for a future rental with a rebooking fee of $150. Additional fees may be applied to rentals that include crew, equipment, and additional services.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to book the studio. Renter must provide a credit card to book. Renter's deposit will be applied to the rental invoice. Payment must be made in U.S dollars only and can be made with cash, check, credit card or wire transfer. Renter is responsible for paying any transfer or bank fees if payment is made electronically or internationally.

Payment
